NEW PROJECTS



August 2011 – Joseph A. Natoli Construction Corp. is once again very proud to be awarded a contract to work at one of the country’s most prestigious national monuments, the Statue of Liberty. The $27.2 million contract awarded by the National Park Service requires extensive life safety upgrades to the statue including new stairs and elevators. It also includes major enhancements to mechanical and electrical services. August 2011 – The Company was recently awarded a contract to build the new Upper School for Newark Academy in Livingston, NJ. This project includes significant site work, classrooms, meeting rooms, an octagonal multi-purpose room and common area. December 2010 – The Company was awarded a contract by the United States Department of the Interior – National Parks Service to restore and renovate the Immigration Building on Ellis Island. Over the past 15 years the company has been involved in several projects on both Ellis Island and Liberty Island and is proud to once again be involved with the restoration of our country’s national monuments.






PERSONNEL NEWS



December 2011 – The Company recently hired Dan Van Dyke as a project coordinator. Dan is a graduate of NJIT and participated in the summer internship program administered by the Building Contractors Association of NJ. December 2011 – Caroline Vasta was recently promoted to Office Manager. In addition to her new responsibilities, Caroline will continue to be a critical part of our accounting department. December 2011 – Iris Piersanti recently joined the Company as our new Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. December 2010: - Paul Natoli, our president, was recently honored by the Building Contractors Association of NJ (BCA) upon the completion of his term as BCA President for his many accomplishments and tireless efforts. November 2010: - Jon Tenenbaum, Project Manager, completed a LEED training course sponsored by the U.S. Green Building Council and is in the process of becoming accredited.
