| Our Executive Vice President, Paul Natoli, became President of the Building Contractors Association of NJ ("BCA") effective January 1, 2009. Paul has been very involved with the BCA for many years serving in different officer capacities and on a number of committees. Joe Natoli, the company's President and founder, was recently honored at the BCA's annual banquet along with other BCA past Presidents for his many contributions to the building industry in New Jersey. | |

| Gino Bravo recently joined the company in the estimating department. Gino comes to Natoli with many years of estimating experience, the most recent of which were with Structure Tone. Jon Tenenbaum was recently promoted to Project Manager. Jon has been with the company for three years after graduating from NJIT. | |

| The company was recently featured in the Volume 1-2008 edition of the New Jersey Building Contractor (publication of the BCA) in connection with its project at Giants Stadium. The company is building the new Training Facility and Corporate Headquarters, Indoor Practice Facility, Maintenance Facility and outdoor practice fields for the New York Football Giants. | |
