700,000 square foot retail shopping center built on a very difficult 85-acre site. In addition to the site work and shell buildings, tenant fit out was performed for a variety of prestigious retailers including Borders Books, Bed Bath & Beyond, T.J. Maxx, Old Navy, Van Heusen, Dress Barn, A.C. Moore, Modell's, P.C. Richards, Party City, Standard Tile, Pier One, and PetSmart.
