A high-profile government building, featuring a Federalist exterior in keeping with the city's history. Project included adding an additional three stories on top of an existing three-story building and totally renovating existing space.

State of New Jersey Hackensack Meadowlands Development Commission Complex

Headquarters and Environmental Center, built on one of the state's most difficult wetland sites, containing a lagoon, marshlands and garbage rising to a height of up to 80 feet. This project marked a milestone in the ability to reclaim Meadowlands waste disposal landfill sites.

Middlesex Juvenile Detention Center

72,000 square foot juvenile detention center featuring a football-shaped gymnasium, interior courtyard and athletic fields.

Montville Public Safety Building

Montville, NJ

The project involved construction of the Public Safety Building with police headquarters, courtroom, jail cells and administration space. Ground face concrete masonry units and brick veneer were utilized on the exterior as well as a significant portion of the interior, all of which was self-performed by Joseph A. Natoli Construction Corp.
