Headquarters and Environmental Center, built on one of the state's most difficult wetland sites, containing a lagoon, marshlands and garbage rising to a height of up to 80 feet. This project marked a milestone in the ability to reclaim Meadowlands waste disposal landfill sites.

The project involved construction of the Public Safety Building with police headquarters, courtroom, jail cells and administration space. Ground face concrete masonry units and brick veneer were utilized on the exterior as well as a significant portion of the interior, all of which was self-performed by Joseph A. Natoli Construction Corp. |
