New York Football Giants Training Facility

The NY Giants Training Facility project is comprised of three buildings, one indoor and four outdoor full size football fields. It includes the NY Giants 104,000 sq. ft. headquarters, a 95,000 sq. ft. indoor practice facility, and a maintenance building.

Rutgers University – Livingston Student Center Expansion and Renovation

This project includes three separate additions of over 26,000 sq. ft. and renovation of 35,000 sq. ft. of the space in the student center. Included are a multipurpose room, a collaborative learning center, additional meeting rooms and a new store.

Bergen County Community College – Alterations and Renovations to South Campus Learning Center

Rutgers University – Busch Dining Hall Expansion

New Meadowlands Stadium Miscellaneous Projects

We have been retained by the New Meadowlands Stadium Company to complete various design/build projects at the New Meadowlands Stadium. They include the construction of new offices and a storage area with a mezzanine system, and ticket office alterations.

Delbarton School – Old Main Exterior Preservation

Exterior preservation and restoration of a stone mansion, built in the 1880’s. Work includes repairing and refurbishing all wood elements, including decorative soffits, corbels, fascias, windows, doors and existing slate and flat roofs.

New 75,000 sq. ft. Paul Miller BMW Dealership in Wayne, NJ including a 21,000 sq. ft. Service Center with 44 lift stations, a 20,000 sq. ft. two story showroom with a glass curtainwall rotunda and a cantilevered ramp climbing to the second floor.
