DESCRIPTION :
Extensive Life and Safety Upgrades including new stairs and elevators to improve safety and emergency egress. Also new mechanical and electrical services to provide pressurization and climate control in specified areas of the monument.

NAME OF PROJECT:
Newark Academy – Upper School Addition

DESCRIPTION :
This project involves an 18,900 square foot addition to the existing upper school; including thirteen classrooms, three small group meeting rooms, an octagonal multi-purpose room, a common area, two faculty rooms, restroom facilities and vestibule.

Bergen County Community College – Alterations and Renovations to South Campus Learning Center – Phase 2

Ellis Island - New Immigration Building Renovation

This project involves historical renovation and rehabilitation of the existing 11,000 s.f. building to accommodate park management and other offices. This project is part of a larger effort to upgrade and expand the Ellis Island museum spaces.

St Agnes Church

Construction of a new 63,000 sq. ft. dining facility adjacent to our recently completed Student Center (connected via enclosed bridge). This two story building features a full kitchen, walk-in refrigeration, student dining commons & private dining rooms.

Rutgers University – Livingston Student Center Expansion and Renovation

This project includes three separate additions of over 26,000 sq. ft. and renovation of 35,000 sq. ft. of the space in the student center. Included are a multipurpose room, a collaborative learning center, additional meeting rooms and a new store.

New York Football Giants Training Facility

The NY Giants Training Facility project is comprised of three buildings, one indoor and four outdoor full size football fields. It includes the NY Giants 104,000 sq. ft. headquarters, a 95,000 sq. ft. indoor practice facility, and a maintenance building.

Rutgers University – Busch Dining Hall Expansion
